1. International Court issues arrest warrant for Sudan President - Omar al-Bashir charged with Crimes against Humanity for his role in the Genocide.  Al-Bashir immediately expels ten aid organizations leaving millions without help.  The ICC has no international police force to execute the warrant, so, will this really change anything?  The LA Times has a quick, all points covered look at the Darfu Conflcit.  (From The London Times and LA times)
