3. Daylight Saving Time is this weekend, but does it save energy? - Probably not.  Big surprise that something concieved by Ben Franklin (smart man) to conserve candles (which we don’t use anymore) in 1784 (whooaaa!  Out of date!) might not apply to the 21st century.  (From Scientific American)
