Obama Will Appoint a Latino Woman Supreme Court Justice

Barack Obama will appoint a Latino woman (or is it Latina?) Supreme Court justice.  I guarantee this will happen.

Our first African American president cannot follow Bush’s lead and pick a white man.  That’s been done before, and this is change we can believe in.

Our first African American president cannot appoint a black justice either.  That would get the mildly racist segment of America a little too excited.

A Hispanic woman will satisfy the half of the population with ovaries instead of testicles.  It will show that the democrats are respectful of the accomplishments of women instead of only interested in them as political tools (think Harriet Miers and Sarah Palin).  And a Hispanic woman will help solidify Obama’s relationship with the fastest growing ethnic group in the country.

I’m not sure if it’d fly, but I’d go with Cristina Perez from TV’s Cristina’s Court.  If she can make small claims court interesting, imagine what she’ll be able to do when the constitution is on the line.
