Newsflash: The CIA isn’t always truthful

CIA1. CIA admits to lying to  CongressNo kidding.  I’d be surprised if they didn’t lie to Congress.  CIA Director Leon Panetta told lawmakers in a closed door meeting that the CIA has misled congress here and there since 2001.  (I doubt 2001 – present is the only time period the CIA hasn’t been totally truthful with Congress)  In the CIAs defense, it’d be hard to tell the entire truth about national security matters to a group of people who when they hear something in a CLOSED DOOR MEETING, they immediately walk out and start blabbing to the press about it.
